NETTCO Portable Mixers

You can use NETTCO Direct Drive Portable Mixers for high speed mixing, wetting out powders, and mixing in small batches. NETTCO recommends Gear Drive Portable Mixers for larger batches, solids suspension, and/or high viscosity mixing. Our customers use NETTCO portable mixers to stir sauces and gravies, dissolve plating chemicals, prepare waste treatment compounds, manufacture adhesives and coatings, and to handle hundreds of other everyday requirements.

All portable mixers feature:

• minimum foot print for small vessels

• standard gear driven speeds from 30-290 rpm

• batch sizes from 10 to 10,000 liters

• optional AC variable speed drives for most applications

NETTCO Fixed Mount Mixers

NETTCO Fixed Mount Mixers are used for permanent installation on open or closed tank applications. NETTCO's customers use Fixed Mount Mixers in many remotely operated waste treatment systems and in large tanks in diverse applications. Flange Mounted Mixers are used where vapor control is important and when vacuum or pressure operation is needed to meet the process requirement. NETTCO Fixed and Flange Mount Mixers are used in foods, pharmaceuticals, soap and cosmetics, general and specialty chemicals, waste treatment, biotechnology, plating and many other special applications.
