With nearly a century
of experience, NASH VACUUM has developed a completely new generation
of high capacity liquid ring vacuum pumps. The Premier 2000 Series includes
the largest liquid ring vacuum pump in the world, with a dry air capacity
of 23,000 CFM (650 m3/m in).
The
NASH design process employed a cross functional team of R&D,
manufacturing, marketing and direct input from customers to combine the
latest computer techniques with Nash's vast industry application experience.
Employing
state-of-the-art advancements in 3-D solid modeling CAD/CAM and finite
element analysis, Nash engineers were able to use many new design tools
not previously available in earlier pump designs. The result is a vacuum
pump line that is engineered for maximum capacity, efficiency, flexibility
and durability with exclusive performance features.
