LIGHTNIN
500/600 Series mixers are the newest addition to the LIGHTNIN
industrial mixer line. The goal of the 500 Series mixer was to create
a mixer that takes advantage of the new design technology available. The
500 mixer has fewer parts than a traditional mixer with an integral mounting
plate, and interchangeable mechanical seals. This mixer changes with your
process requirements.
The 500 Series can still take advantage of all of the impeller technology
available with the 70 and 80 Series designs, but offers a greater initial
value for your mixing requirements.

Over 30,000 LIGHTNIN
Series 70 mixers have been placed in service since we began making them
in 1970. The same Series 70 technology is also used in our reducer replacement
programs. This makes the Series 70 design the most specified, most used,
and most proven mixer design in the world. This mixer is the industry standard.
Series 70 mixers cover cover a full range of applications fro 1 to 200 horsepower,
and can range in speed from 280 to 16.5 RPM. Series 70 mixers are also available
with a wide variety of impeller choices, including our high efficiency A310
impeller, so we can make sure this mixer comes with the correct impeller
for your process.
70 Series mixers are available in open tank, mechanical seal, and stuffing
box designs with many variations to ensure you get exactly what your process
