General Purpose Lab Mixers
 

Open tank General Purpose mixers are suitable for use in enclosed environments such as vapor hoods. With integral variable speed control, these mixers offer great flexibility for your atmospheric small scale applications.

Integral or remote variable speed control

  • Direct drive 50 or 25 watts.

  • Quick disconnect hand chuck.

  • Thru-shaft design for infinitely variable turbine position.

  • Fuse protection.

  • Universal clamp or rod mount (shown)

  • High efficiency A310 impeller.

  • Maximum speeds can be selected at 1600, 1800, or 2300 RPM.

  • Mixers available with Air motors in lieu of standard electric..
     

Closed Tank Lab Stirrers and general purpose mixers prevent vapor loss. These mixers are suitable for small scale sanitary applications not requiring critical seals. 

  • 3" Tri-Clover™ standard with optional 4" Tri-Clover™ and 2" ANSI Flange.

  • Viton® V-Ring seals for atmospheric pressure, but can handle up to 5 PSIG.

  • Optional mechanical seal; pressures to 25 PSIG

  • Adjustable mixer shaft.

  • Separate variable speed controller offers speeds up to 2300 RPM.

  • Air motor also available.

  • A310, High efficiency impeller also available.
