From the Boston / Logan Airport area:

Take RTE 1A North (MacLellan Highway) to Route 60 Northwest.  From 60 Northwest, take Route 1 North through Saugus and Lynnfield.   Exit RTE 1 at the RTE 128/95 junction, and get onto RTE 95 North.  Take RTE 95 North to Exit 50 (Route 1 North - Topsfield).  Follow Route 1 through three traffic lights.  After third traffic light, continue for 3/4 mile take a right into New England Business Park at top of hill. From West of Boston:

Take RTE 90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) west to exit 15 (RTE 95).  Take RTE 95 North to exit 50 (RTE 1).  Follow RTE 1 north through three traffic lights.  After third traffic light, continue for 3/4 mile take a right into New England Business Park at top of hill. M. A. Olson is located in Unit E2.
